&lt;p&gt;Rome’s Stadio Olimpico is ready to host the final of the&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Coppa Italia Frecciarossa&lt;/strong&gt;, a first between&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Fiorentina&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Inter&lt;/strong&gt;. For both sides, this is the first of two finals to come, with the former taking on&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;West Ham United&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;at the Eden Arena in Prague in the final of the Conference League and the latter involved in the Champions League final at the Ataturk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul against&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Manchester City&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Fiorentina and Inter have met 13 times in the Coppa Italia and the record is perfectly balanced: five wins apiece and three draws, though the Nerazzurri have won each of the last four. The last time the Viola beat Inter in the cup was on 27 February 1996 (1-0 in the second leg of the semi-final).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vincenzo&amp;nbsp;Italiano’s&lt;/strong&gt; side, who entered the competition in the Round of 16, first knocked out&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Sampdoria&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;and then&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Torino&lt;/strong&gt;. In the two-legged tie against Cremonese in the semis, Fiorentina won 2-0 in the first game and drew 0-0 in the return fixture. The Viola have scored five goals in the competition this season and conceded one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Inter&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;have also scored five but conceded two. The Nerazzurri, meanwhile, are the holders and are aiming for two cup titles in a row for the first time since 2009/10 and 2010/11. Furthermore, a win would see Inter draw level with&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Roma&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;in second on the list of cup winners with 9 titles (&lt;strong&gt;Juventus&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;first on 14). The Nerazzurri are even nearing a repeat of their record cup-winning season in 2010/11 when they played in four and won three (Supercoppa Italiana, Coppa Italia and Club World Cup).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Simone Inzaghi&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;will contest his eighth final as a coach in all competitions. After losing his first against Juventus in the Coppa Italia in 2017, Inzaghi went on to win each of his next six, including three as Inter head coach (two Supercoppa Italia titles and one Coppa Italia Frecciarossa).
