The Giallorossi`s last success in the competition against Venezia dates back to December 2001: 1-0 courtesy of a goal scored by Diego Fuser.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Roma have found the net in each of their last 19 league matches against Venezia - the Giallorossi have managed to score in 20 or more consecutive Serie A matches against only three opponents in their history in the competition: against Bologna (29 between 2000 and 2018), Hellas Verona (22 between 1989 and 2020) and Lecce (21 between 2000 and 2023).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;After winning 2-1 in March 1947, Venezia have failed to win any of their next eight Serie A away matches against Roma, a streak during which they’ve collected two draws and six defeats.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DID YOU KNOW?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Roma have won only two of their last five Serie A home games (D1 L2), after winning five of the previous six (L1); however, the Giallorossi have scored in 23 consecutive home matches in the competition, their longest such streak since September 2017 (a run of 34 on that occasion).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;After a draw and three defeats in Serie A, Venezia beat Genoa 2-0 last time out and they could record back-to-back victories in Serie A for the first time since November 2021 (v Roma and Bologna). If they achieve that feat, they will have won at least two of their first six matches in a single top-flight tournament for the first time since 1946-47.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Venezia are the team to have conceded the most goals during the first 30 minutes of play in Serie A this term (5) whereas, Roma are one of the three teams yet to concede a goal in the same period of time.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PLAYERS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In his last match against Genoa, Eusebio Di Francesco recorded his 300th appearance and 100th victory as a coach in Serie A, with his successes achieved with seven different teams, including Roma (35). The Giallorossi are the opponent that the current Venezia boss has faced the most times in the competition without ever winning (D3 L9).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Paulo Dybala (124) is close to joining Gonzalo Higuaín (125) in third position on the list of highest scoring Argentinians in Serie A history. However, the Roma striker has only scored in one of his last six matches against newly-promoted opponents in Serie A (a brace against Cagliari on last 5 February), after having found the net in each of his previous three such games.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Joel Pohjanpalo (42+11) is, together with Paulo Dybala (26+15) and Olivier Giroud (28+13), one of only three players who have scored more than 25 goals and provided more than 10 assists over the last three seasons between Serie A and Serie B.
