&lt;p&gt;The third chapter of &lt;strong&gt;Claudio Ranieri&lt;/strong&gt; in the &lt;strong&gt;Roma &lt;/strong&gt;dugout begins. A few months ago, after his adventure with &lt;strong&gt;Cagliari&lt;/strong&gt;, the 73 year old announced his retirement, stating that he would have only changed his mind for a national side. But the heart always leads. Just a piazza would’ve enabled him to change his mind and make the return to pitchside at the age of 73, for a new experience as a manager of a club: the team from his native city, Roma.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Claudio Ranieri - firstly played - but then managed many teams in his career. Guest on &lt;a href=&#34;https://www.legaseriea.it/en/media/serie-a/legendary-coach-13kc74h1nh477h&#34; data-new-window=&#34;true&#34; target=&#34;_blank&#34; rel=&#34;noopener noreferrer&#34;&gt;the panel ‘The Legendary Coach’ at the Festival della Serie A&lt;/a&gt;, having joined in June 2024, he gave a run through of the &lt;strong&gt;stages of his career&lt;/strong&gt;, starting from Roma as a player, which took a turn in the mid 80’s as he went on to manage many different teams - including Cagliari, Napoli, Fiorentina, Valencia, Chelsea, Parma, Monaco, Inter, Roma, Fulham, Sampdoria, Atletico Madrid, Juventus, Grecia, Nantes, Watford - but above all &lt;strong&gt;Leicester &lt;/strong&gt;where he achieved fame by winning the &lt;strong&gt;Premier League&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;With the appearance on the Giallorossi’s bench, Roma become the side that he has &lt;strong&gt;managed the most times &lt;/strong&gt;(three), overtaking Cagliari and Valencia (two times each).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;His first experience in the capital came in &lt;strong&gt;September 2009&lt;/strong&gt;, when he achieved his dream and managed his &lt;strong&gt;dream team&lt;/strong&gt; for the first time. There are no better words to express &lt;strong&gt;love and passion&lt;/strong&gt; for a team, because, in the end, football is a &lt;strong&gt;game&lt;/strong&gt;, but it is not just this.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ranieri’s last match on the Giallorossi bench was filled with emotion, as it coincided with the goodbye of De Rossi as he left for Boca Juniors. On 26 &lt;strong&gt;May, 2019&lt;/strong&gt; they faced Parma and won 2-1: his tears and commotion for the tribute from his fans showed - they displayed a &lt;strong&gt;banner &lt;/strong&gt;saying: “Mr. Ranieri, you were there in our moment of need. Now you receive this tribute from your fans”.
