&lt;p&gt;Ardon Jashari is officially AC Milan’s new player. After just one standout season with Club Brugge, the Swiss midfielder has chosen to continue his growth under Massimiliano Allegri. The 2002-born player is convinced by Tare’s ambitious project and the prestige of the Rossonero club, so he is ready to make the jump into one of Europe’s most demanding leagues. He began his footballing journey with &lt;strong&gt;Lucerna&lt;/strong&gt;, and in the youth academy he played as a number 10 or a CAM, performing well in front of goal. He made his first team debut at 18 years old, but only in the second half of the 2021/22 season did he begin excelling as a central midfielder, gradually becoming a playmaker sitting just in front of the defence. Jashari soon became the captain and the backbone of the team, and was at his most prolific in the 2023/24 season: &lt;strong&gt;six goals &lt;/strong&gt;and &lt;strong&gt;three assists &lt;/strong&gt;in 39 appearances.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;His move to &lt;strong&gt;Club Brugge&lt;/strong&gt;, in Summer 2024, immediately proved successful. He settled in right away at his new team and the young man immediately took centre stage: 41 total appearances with &lt;strong&gt;four goals &lt;/strong&gt;and &lt;strong&gt;six assists &lt;/strong&gt;between the league and the cups, culminating in winning the &lt;strong&gt;Belgian Cup&lt;/strong&gt;, the &lt;strong&gt;best young player award &lt;/strong&gt;(recently won by CDK and Noa Lang) and &lt;strong&gt;best Juniper Pro League player&lt;/strong&gt;. Jashari also showed his class in the &lt;strong&gt;Champions League&lt;/strong&gt;, with 11 outstanding performances, knocking out Atalanta in the play-offs and playing high-level teams like Juventus, Manchester City and AC Milan. In fact, at &lt;strong&gt;San Siro&lt;/strong&gt;, in Brugge’s 3-1 away defeat, he impressed with his vision of play, interceptions and solidity. He made his debut for Switzerland in 2022 and was part of their Qatar World Cup side, but he only got a few minutes of game time in the Round of 16 against Portugal. When he moved into the first team, however, he changed position and became a &lt;strong&gt;modern central midfielder&lt;/strong&gt;: organised, dynamic and capable of building up play and stopping opponent’s attacks. &lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;In Bruges, he mainly played as a right &lt;strong&gt;central midfielder &lt;/strong&gt;in a 4-2-3-1, but throughout his career he showed his ability to adapt to a midfield three and to the base of a diamond. Allegri, in his 4-3-3, could use him as a &lt;strong&gt;deep midfielder &lt;/strong&gt;or as a box-to-box midfielder depending on the system and his teammates. His qualities (vision, intensity, clean passing, tactical intelligence) make him a real asset, ready to bring &lt;strong&gt;balance &lt;/strong&gt;to the midfield.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Physically compact and lean with strong ball management and a great left foot, Jashari can also get involved in attack, as proven by his &lt;strong&gt;goal and assist record&lt;/strong&gt;. His experience as a number 10 also makes him dangerous in the final third, where he can make a difference with late runs and finishes.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The young Swiss midfielder’s move to the Rossoneri is a strong sign of Tare’s plan.
