The Friulians have been undefeated for three games but have drawn the last two against Torino and Verona and would like to get a big hit against the Bergamo side, who have not lost since 24 September.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Atalanta, on the other hand, are playing for a fresh restart after their defeat to Inter in the EA SPORTS FC Supercup semi-final, and will want to get back to winning ways after their last league draw against Lazio.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HEAD TO HEAD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Atalanta have not lost any of the last 14 matches against Udinese in Serie A (W9 D5): in the history of the competition, only against Sassuolo has the Nerazzurri played 15 matches in a row without defeat, between 2014 and 2021.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Since 2016/17 (beginning of the Gasperini era in Bergamo), Atalanta have lost only one of eight away matches against Udinese in Serie A (W3 D4) – on the eight previous occasions, the Nerazzurri had lost five matches on the road.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DID YOU KNOW&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Udinese have registered eight points in their last five league matches (W2, D2, L1), one more than those achieved in the 10 matches before that (seven in 10 matches – W2, D1, L7). Furthermore, after the two draws against Torino and Hellas Verona, the Bianconeri could have three draws in a row in the competitions for the first time since October 2023 (series of four in that case).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Atalanta are unbeaten in 13 games in Serie A (W11 D2) and only twice in their history they have reached 14 consecutive matches without defeat in a single Serie A championship: in 1988/89 (exactly 14) and in 2019/20 (17 in that case).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Since the beginning of the Gian Piero Gasperini era on the Atalanta bench, the Nerazzurri have never lost the first match of a calendar year in the league: six wins and two draws for Atalanta in these matches between 2017 and 2024.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Atalanta and Udinese are very dangerous from corners and indirect free kicks, with the Nerazzurri first for these goals in this Serie A with eight, the Bianconeri joint-second with seven (along with Inter and Lazio).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PLAYERS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Florian Thauvin (assisted in the first meeting this season against Atalanta) has already equaled the score of goals and assists (eight, thanks to five goals and three assists) of the entire last Serie A campaign; the French striker is the only Udinese player who has participated in more than 50 shots in this tournament (23 chances created and 31 shots for him).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ademola Lookman (13 goals in 2022/23, 11 in 2023/24 and nine in the current championship) could become the first player to reach at least 10 goals in each of the last three Serie A seasons.
