Napoli are on the hunt for their fourth consecutive win to maintain top spot and continue their push for the title.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Lecce, however, are keen to forget the 6-0 loss at home to Fiorentina after the losses against AC Milan and Udinese.
